St. Joseph Cathedral is committed to helping you grow spiritually
For baptized Catholics, ages 18 and older, who are practicing their faith but have not received the Sacrament of Confirmation (or, indeed, even the Sacrament of the Eucharist), you are invited to participate for this in St. Joseph Cathedral's Adult Confirmation preparation program.
This is a special annual program of adult religious education and formation, organized each year. The individual backgrounds, knowledge and readiness of the participants - typically just a handful, given the small size our our Parish - are taken into account as each session is developed. Opportunity is given to (re)discover the essentials of our Faith, such as Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition as its foundations; Jesus Christ, our Savior and His message; the Church; our worship and its sacramental system; prayer and spirituality; Catholic social teaching, and more.
